5. Prices and Total Amount Payable

For installment purchases, customers will be shown the down payment, remaining balance, installment amounts, and total amount payable before confirming the order.
EASYBUY installment plans are interest-free, and no processing fees are charged for the installment arrangement described in this policy.

6. Interest and Processing Fees

EASYBUY installment plans are interest-free. Customers will not be charged interest on the installment balance under the standard arrangement described in these terms.
Processing Fees
EASYBUY does not charge processing fees for installment purchases.
This does not remove the customer’s responsibility to pay the product price, required down payment, scheduled installments, applicable taxes, or any lawful late payment fee arising from a missed payment.
7. Payment Schedule and Due Dates
The installment schedule will be provided before the customer confirms the purchase.
The schedule will identify the installment amounts and applicable due dates.
Available installment periods: The periods offered for a particular purchase will be displayed during checkout or in the applicable payment agreement.
Payment frequency: The frequency will be stated in the customer’s installment schedule.

8. Missed or Late Payments
Customers must make scheduled payments by their agreed due dates.

Grace Period
EASYBUY will provide a 10-calendar-day grace period after an installment’s due date before applying a late payment fee under this policy.
Customers are encouraged to contact EASYBUY promptly if they anticipate difficulty making a payment.
Late Payment Fee
After the grace period, EASYBUY may charge a one-time late payment fee of up to $10 for each overdue installment, subject to the following conditions:
- The fee will not exceed the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
- The fee will be applied no more than once to the same overdue installment.
- No daily or recurring late fee will be added to that same missed installment under this policy.
- EASYBUY will disclose the applicable late payment terms to the customer before the installment agreement is accepted.
- No fee will be charged where prohibited by applicable law.
If the law applicable to a customer’s payment arrangement imposes a lower limit or additional requirements, those legal requirements will take precedence.
What Happens After a Missed Payment?
Depending on the payment agreement and applicable law, continued nonpayment may result in payment reminders, temporary restrictions on additional installment purchases, or other lawful steps to recover an outstanding balance.
EASYBUY will not treat a missed payment as permission to impose undisclosed fees or take action prohibited by law.

9. Accepted Payment Methods
Customers must use a payment method supported for their particular order or installment arrangement.

10. Early Payments and Paying Off a Balance

Early repayment fees: No early repayment fee will be imposed unless a lawful charge has been expressly disclosed and agreed to in accordance with applicable law.
11. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to EASYBUY USA’s applicable policies, the purchase agreement, and applicable law.
For an approved return that qualifies for a refund:
- Remaining scheduled installment payments will be cancelled in accordance with the applicable payment agreement and law.
- Eligible amounts already paid will be refunded in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
- The customer’s payment-plan balance will be adjusted to reflect the approved return and refund.
EASYBUY aims to process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days after the applicable refund conditions have been satisfied. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
Submitting a return request does not automatically cancel an installment arrangement. Customers should continue following their existing payment agreement until EASYBUY confirms the applicable cancellation or account adjustment.
